A Story of Leadership, Built from the Ground Up

Kathryn’s leadership journey began in the most unexpected place—behind the scenes. As an Executive Assistant in top-tier Detroit law firms, she had a front-row seat to powerful leaders making high-stakes decisions. She learned early what strong leadership looks like… and what it doesn’t.

But her true turning point came in 1983, when she stepped boldly into entrepreneurship.

Kathryn purchased, franchised, and developed 14 Little Caesars restaurants and a management services company within five years, ultimately employing 350 people. As President and CEO of Good Times Concepts Ltd., she led a multi-million-dollar enterprise during rapid growth, hard seasons, and constant change.

After selling her business, Kathryn devoted her life to developing others.

She trained through Coach University, the Executive Coaching Institute, and became an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team, teaching “Developing the Leader Within You” and “Coaching for Performance.”

She is also Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team Certified, equipping teams with lasting trust, conflict skills, accountability, and result
